Digital Banking Update
The guest speaker at the February Delegates Meeting was Tina Doran from Bendigo Bank who spoke about the pending phase out of cheques in Australia.
This was discussed and alternatives proposed that would enable Not For Profits to find alternative methods of making payments, especially when two authorisers are required for payments.
Tina also spoke about Bendigo Bank community bank activities and offered help or training for those who find it difficult to make the change to online banking.
