Ladies, the Florence Thomson Tour for female drivers in classic cars is happening again. We will be based in beautiful Gippsland, not so far from Melbourne this time for an easier Friday night commute.
Proceedings will get underway with an informal meal and renewal of old friendships and the beginnings of new on the evening of Friday 26th . At this gathering, we will check you in and you will receive your Goodies Bag complete with instructions for the weekend. Saturday morning, we will gather at a quaint country hall for a delicious breakfast before you depart on the driving tour of your choice. The short tour of approximately 52kms will take you through beautiful rolling rural country without major hills to our lunch destination. The return journey is approximately the same distance through similar country and will give a total about 110kms for the day. The long tour will venture into the foothills of the Alps for a slightly more challenging drive, arriving at our lunch destination after approximately 98kms. The return journey will be about 56kms, making about 160kms for the day.
Saturday night is our formal Awards Night Dinner. Sunday morning sees a farewell breakfast at another very interesting venue, highly suitable for the display of our cars.

Application Information
• The tour’s aim is to show a diverse range of vehicles and hence places are limited.
• Application close on 24th November 2023 and successful applicants will be notified on 8th January 2024. At this time you will be sent a link to the payment portal. To secure your place you must make payment within seven days of receiving this email. You will also be given accommodation details.
• Entry Fee is $120 per person
Tour Timetable
• Friday - Welcome casual dinner 7.00 pm
• Saturday - Tour start, breakfast and briefing 8.30 am. Tour Departs 9 and 9.30 am. • Saturday - Celebration Dinner 7.00 pm
• Sunday- Display including breakfast 9.00 till 11.00 am.
Terms and Conditions
• To secure your place after your application is accepted participants must make payment within 7 days
• Drivers must be female, and vehicles must be 25 years or older
• Only one vehicle per registration permitted
• The recommended driving route must be followed as part of the tour
• Entrants must at all times behave in a manner that does not bring the Tour into disrepute by association
• Drivers must comply with all road rules and regulations
• This event will comply with State or Commonwealth Government health restrictions which may apply at the time.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations after 29th March 2024 will be 100% non-refundable
